The hotel rooms were well appointed and comfortable for a couple but might be challenging for families with children due to the lack of a separating door. Despite missing a corkscrew, the room was ready early, which was a nice touch. The service was friendly overall, with great recommendations, although a few incidents like hitting the door with a vacuum occurred. The location was extremely convenient, close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg, with a variety of shops and eating spots nearby. The dining experience offered ample selection, including eggs, breads, waffles, fruit, and yogurt, although it could get crowded and had its drawbacks like powdered eggs and sausages. Overall, a good place for a mini-break in Williamsburg.

I was delighted to find a hotel that not only had clean, spacious, and very comfy rooms but also could easily accommodate a family of six, which is quite rare these days. The friendly and helpful service added to the positive experience, although there were some issues with expired milk that were addressed in a rather unpleasant manner. The central location surrounded by great dining options was a definite highlight, but at times, it felt a bit crowded for the number of guests present.

The hotel was extremely comfortable with spacious rooms that were dark and quiet, although they were located next to the elevator and the ice machine, not ideal when traveling with six children. The service was really nice and accommodating, even though there seemed to be a communication issue that required confirming room availability with another hotel. The location was perfect for a quick overnight stay before visiting local theme parks, surrounded by restaurants for convenience. The facilities were great, providing a mix of options for guests to eat lite or have as much as they want.
